Reservation Terms at Nat Bistro
- We accept table reservations for 1–20 guests through the mojstolik.pl platform. Confirmations are made during restaurant working hours. Please be patient if there is a longer waiting time.
- For exclusive venue reservations, please contact us via email: natbistrokrakow@gmail.com
- An SMS confirmation of your reservation guarantees your place at the restaurant.
- If children are among your guests, please indicate their number in the reservation notes. Please note that we do not offer a children's menu.
- We do not reserve specific tables. If you have seating preferences, please include them in the comment when making your reservation – we will do our best to accommodate them.
- For special requests or occasions, please include the information in the "Notes" section of your reservation.
- We welcome calm, well-socialized dogs. Please indicate in your reservation if you plan to bring your pet. Dogs must remain on a leash and stay by the table.
- Please be punctual. Your reservation is held for 15 minutes from the scheduled time. After this period, the table may be given to other guests.
- Changes and cancellations (date, time, number of guests) can be made through:
- If you require a VAT invoice, please inform the staff before the bill is issued.
- A 10% service charge is added to the bill for reservations of 5 or more guests.
Group Reservation Policy (5 or more guests)
- For reservations of 5 or more guests, we require a deposit of PLN 50 per person. The deposit amount will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.
- After making a reservation, guests will receive information on how to pay the deposit (by bank transfer or payment link). The reservation is only confirmed after the payment has been received.
- In case of cancellation:
- up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit – the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days
- after this time or in case of no-show – the deposit is non-refundable
Please cancel reservations through the mojstolik.pl platform.
- If the number of guests decreases from the original reservation, the deposit for absent guests is non-refundable, but the remaining amount will be credited to the final bill.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness), it is possible to reschedule the reservation to a different date after contacting the restaurant in advance.

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the Nat Bistro website and services provided by the restaurant.
