About us

Nat is a blend of a modern bistro and wine bar centered around natural wine. We draw inspiration from French modern bistro venues. Quality, hospitality, and authenticity are key for us. The ambiance of the place reflects who we are. We strive for a relaxed atmosphere; what matters to us is the joy of sharing our passion and good energy. We want Nat Bistro to be a space for meeting and sharing gastronomic delights together.

Food

We cook original cuisine inspired by French modern bistro venues and flavors brought from our travels. We encourage ordering several dishes and sharing meals together. We focus on clean flavors, balance, and simplicity. Our dishes are characterized by freshness, quality ingredients, seasonality, and a visible love for butter on the plate. We cook without unnecessary additions, with full respect for the ingredients and craft.

Wine

Our wine list features carefully selected natural wines. We offer both wild and unexpected options as well as elegant, perfectly balanced bottles. We value wines for their authenticity, uniqueness, and honest production process - without unnecessary chemicals, with respect for nature and the people behind them. We constantly educate ourselves and visit winemakers and vineyards to better understand the processes and origins of flavors captured in the bottle. We're always happy to help pair wine with Guests' preferences and the character of the dish.
